Mortgage Operations Manager

We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the processing, underwriting, closing and funding areas of the residential mortgage department.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in managing Residential Lending Operations and personnel. A comprehensive understanding of Residential lending policies and procedures, from point of sale to secondary market delivery is required. Ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and to make independent decisions timely and effectively. A candidate with FHA experience is preferred.      

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience in related field is preferred. This position requires at least five years of supervisory/management experience in a fast-paced environment.
