Vice President of Commercial Lending

First Citizens' Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced individual to run our Commercial Lending department.

Applicants should have a thorough knowledge of commercial lending regulations, sound credit decision-making credentials and credit administration practices. Applicants should have a proven track record of managing and developing a strong portfolio. Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills are required. Applicants should have the ability to effectively manage, motivate and train business-lending staff and work with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business and five years of experience in a business-lending environment, which demonstrates progressively growing credit responsibility and supervisory/management experience.
