New Flat Card Technology

First Citizens’ is now using new technology to produce your Visa CheckCard!

You might notice our new Visa CheckCards have a different look. The card number is no longer raised; instead it will be printed directly on the card so your card will be completely flat. 

Your new CheckCard will work the same way as it always has, so you can make purchases using the debit or credit option in the store or online and earn Cash Back Rewards when you sign for your purchases.

Using this new technology will allow the Credit Union to issue a replacement card to you within 24 hours in the event that a card is lost, stolen or compromised.
