Teacher Appreciation All Year Long

Everyday is teacher appreciation day here at First Citizens'. Thank you to all the teachers across the Cape, SouthCoast and beyond for creating a fun, safe educational environment for our children. And we want to help you! Are you a teacher in need of educational programs to help students navigate adult financial dilemmas? We offer free financial literacy in the classroom for students of all ages! Learn more about our partnership with Banzai here and how you can get your class started.

Engage! Below are more ways to get involved with FCFCU

Fostering: Right now there is a shortage of Foster Families across Massachusetts. Foster parents play a vital role in the future of children across Massachusetts every day. We encourage anyone interested to get involved and shape a child's future. Contact The Department of Children and Families' Southern Region to be connected to our local Foster Care representative or visit one of our branches for more information.

Adopting a Pet: Animals are important to us, and we know they are important to you too! We support animal shelters all throughout our region in various capacities and encourage our members to get involved. Southcoast Shelters are always in need of volunteers, food donations, and of course, families to adopt their furry friends. Ask your local shelter how you can help or check out Fun 107's Wet Nose Wednesday for available animals in your area.
