Members Take Notice

First Citizens’ takes pride in living our core value of Doing What’s Right and providing a positive member experience. Over the past several years, we launched “Talk2Me”, our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), at several of our branch locations, as part of our commitment to provide you with the best in technology while still delivering personal service.  Although we had anticipated this new technology would better serve our members, we found that it has not met expectations and has taken valuable resources away from YOU. We also received feedback from our customers that in-person banking is preferred over this new technology. Yet, those that want this technology were fully satisfied with a traditional ATM.

With that being said, we want to inform you that we are discontinuing our ITMs and will only offer ATMs across all of our locations.  See below for a schedule of ITM changes happening at your local branch:

  • Wareham ITM 11/10/21 
  • Hyannis ITM 12/07/21 
  • Raynham ITM 12/13/21
  • Orleans ITM 01/11/22 
  • Hanover ITM 02/14/22 
*While this change is being made, terminals may be out of service for the day

What is Talk2Me ?

Talk2Me is an Interactive Teller Machine, or an ITM. An ITM combines the accessibility of an ATM with the personal touch of banking in a branch – which means you can talk to a real person through a video monitor.


Currently, we have four Talk2Me ITMs located at Orleans, Raynham, Hanover and Hyannis branches 

All transactions are recorded for your security.
