As you may know, we upgraded our Online Banking and Bill Pay platform on June 12th. We are committed to the wellbeing of our members and continuously evolving our technology, customer service, and product offerings. With that being said, we are happy to announce we will be making some adjustments to our Bill Pay model. Since upgrading our platform on June 12th, Bill Pay users choose a processing date (the date funds are withdrawn), then the system selects the delivery date based on the payment method. Understandably, this has caused some confusion as to when funds are withdrawn versus when a bill may be paid.

Beginning July 31st, Bill Pay will revert to the more traditional model where the processing step is eliminated. Members will be able to sign into Bill Pay and choose the date they would like a bill to be paid on. For electronic payments, the funds will be withdrawn from your account on the same day. If a check is being mailed, the funds will clear your account once the payee has cashed it.

We hope this change can make paying bills a more pleasant, familiar experience. We appreciate all who utilized the new Bill Pay platform and provided genuine, authentic feedback. Our members are the reason we strive to Do What’s Right and Get Better Every Day.

You Are Awesome!
